Short notice for parents. ITKids uses a Parents Zone account for lesson bookings, plus optional email to contact@itkids.eu.
Parents Zone accounts
When you register, we store your login, email, phone, parent name, and each child’s name and birth date so we can book preferred schedules. Bookings link your account to a date, preferred time, and lesson type. Parents see only their own registrations; preferred-schedule fill counts by age are for site admins only.
Sessions and cookies
After you sign in we set an httpOnly session cookie (itkids_session) so the site knows who you are. It is not used for advertising. Signing out clears it. Marketing pages do not set account cookies until you use Parents Zone.
Email we receive
If you email contact@itkids.eu, we receive whatever you write — typically a parent’s name, contact details, and notes about a child’s age and interests. Please write as a parent or guardian; we are not asking children to contact us directly. Some Parents Zone helpers open your email app (mailto) for other preferred schedule requests.
Who reads it
Account data and messages are read only by the ITKids people who handle enrollment (the operators of this site). We do not sell contact lists or share your email with advertisers. Site admins can see booking counts by age and recent login times for operations.
How long we keep it
We keep Parents Zone accounts and bookings while you use the service and for a reasonable period after for scheduling history. Inquiry emails are kept while we answer you and decide on a trial or place; if you do not enroll we delete or archive the thread within about 12 months unless a legal reason requires longer. Email us to ask for account or message deletion.
